Brigette Maggio

Gamma Chapter | Delta Class 

Brigette earned her Bachelor's from Arizona State University. She is currently on her second term as board member and Chair of Mu Epsilon Theta.

Fun Fact: I played rugby all 4 years for Arizona State Women’s Rugby and currently play for the DC Furies Women’s Rugby, DC Divas Women’s Football, and the DC BaddGirls Women’s Flag Football.

Rebecca Zeimet

Epsilon Chapter | Delta Class

Rebecca graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor's in Phycological Sciences and a minor in Social Work in 2020.  She works for Catholic Charities Community Services in Arizona and is pursuing her Masters in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University.  ​

I joined Mu Epsilon Theta because I wanted to find a strong community at NAU and finding one withing my faith and with similar values was a bonus.

Fun Fact: I was on the radio at 3 days old.



Deniece Lopez

Gamma Chapter | Gamma Class

Deniece is a social worker who currently works for the U.S. Senate assisting people who need help with federal agencies through casework and outreach. She previously served as Alumnae Liaison for the Gamma Chapter and is excited to be on the board to serve the sorority and its chapters.

Deniece earned her Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Public Policy and Community Engagement and a minor in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University.

I joined Mu Ep because I was searching for authentic and intentional friendships. I wanted to surround myself with people who inspired me to better myself and the community through their love of Christ and service.

Fun Fact: If I'm not in the gym or playing sports, you'll find me at a movie theater anytime I have free time. I highly recommend everyone go see a movie by themselves at least once!

Elizabeth Salas
Network Coordinator 

Alpha Chapter | Alpha Mu Class

Elizabeth is a stay-at-home mom of two. She previously worked as an Academic Advisor in higher ed and currently resides in Santa Monica, CA. Elizabeth has previously served on the board of Mu Epsilon Theta and is excited to join as the Network Coordinator to support the chapters and its members. 

Elizabeth earned her Bachelor's in Government and Corporate Communication from The University of Texas at Austin.


I joined Mu Epsilon Theta because I was craving closeness to Christ and a supportive community of women whom I could lean on, grow with, and share life with.

Fun Fact: I love to travel! Most recently, my husband and I took our daughters to Rome, Assisi, Florence, and Venice and we celebrated Easter mass with Pope Francis.


Rosa Marroquin
 Alumnae Relations

Alpha Chapter | Alpha Epsilon Class

Rosa has over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and is currently on the development team at The Holdsworth Center. She previously served on charter committee and the board of Mu Epsilon Theta and is excited to be back and help build a community with our alumnae sisters. 

Rosa earned her BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin and her Masters in Communication from the University of St. Thomas.

I joined METheta because I met a welcoming and supportive group of women, who are encouraging and who share the same faith all while respecting where we are in our own spiritual journey. 

Fun Fact: I have been to 9+ Needtobreathe concerts including one at the Red Rocks Amphitheater.
